How we prepare an estimate
1. Brief
You describe the business, the objective and any existing site. Two paragraphs is enough to start.
2. Clarification
We reply with the questions that materially change scope — usually about functionality, content and languages.
3. Scoped proposal
A written scope with deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and a realistic timeline, then a price against that scope.

- Why are no prices published?
- A published number is either meaninglessly low or wrong for your project. We quote against a written scope so both sides know what the figure covers.
- Do you work with fixed budgets?
- Yes. Tell us the budget and we will say honestly what fits inside it and what does not.
- Are there ongoing costs?
- Hosting, domain and any third-party licences are ongoing and belong to you. Maintenance with us is optional.
