1. Provider

2. Purpose of the website

websites-builder.com presents:

• our web design and development services
• indicative base commercial packages
• maintenance services
• project and portfolio information
• inquiry and contact functionality

3. No contract is concluded through the website

Sending a form on this website does not conclude a service contract and does not create any payment obligation.

A project becomes commercially binding only through the subsequent process between ITS Lab LTD. and the client: an individual quotation or proposal, and its acceptance or a signed agreement. Information published on this website is an invitation to discuss a project, not a binding offer.

4. Base prices

Prices shown on this website are base prices for the defined standard package.

Additional pages, additional languages, integrations, extra functionality and custom requirements may increase the final price. The individual written quotation defines the final price and the exact scope of a project.

5. Business Website — standard commercial model

The published standard package covers:

• up to 5 pages
• 1 language
• 2 revision rounds
• delivery target 7–10 business days
• 50% to start, 50% before public launch
• first year of standard domain registration included
• first 3 months of hosting included
• first 3 months of technical support included
• 30 days of bug-fix support after launch
• additional or custom work quoted separately

6. Ecommerce — standard commercial model

The published standard package covers:

• up to 20 products
• up to 5 categories
• 1 language
• one standard payment-provider integration
• one standard courier or shipping integration, where applicable
• 2 revision rounds
• delivery target 10–15 business days
• 50% to start, 50% before public launch
• first year of standard domain registration included
• first 3 months of hosting and technical support included
• 30 days of bug-fix support after launch
• additional or custom work quoted separately

7. Third-party charges in ecommerce projects

Transaction fees, courier charges, subscriptions and other charges of external providers are not development fees and may apply separately, under the terms of those providers.

8. Maintenance plans

Maintenance plans are published as BASIC €20 per month, BUSINESS €55 per month and PRO €100 per month.

After an included support period, continuing with a maintenance plan is optional. Plans are not sold or renewed automatically through this website: there is no checkout and no subscription engine, and any plan is arranged individually.

Maintenance covers support and upkeep. It does not include major new development, which is quoted separately.

9. Project start and delivery

Delivery periods begin once we have received:

• the required initial payment
• the necessary project information, content and materials
• any required access or credentials

10. Timeline pauses

Published delivery targets assume normal cooperation. The timeline pauses while we are waiting for client feedback, approvals, missing content, credentials or other client-side dependencies. We do not guarantee fixed completion dates where the dependencies are outside our control.

11. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• providing accurate project information
• giving feedback and approvals in reasonable time
• supplying the materials the project needs
• holding the necessary rights or licences for supplied text, images, logos and other content
• the legal, tax and regulatory content relating to their own business

12. No legal or tax advice

We may implement legal, tax or shipping settings and pages technically, based on the information the client provides. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

13. Revisions and additional work

Included revision rounds apply within the originally agreed scope. New functionality, additional pages or languages, further integrations and other material changes outside that scope require a separate quotation.

14. Domain, hosting and support

• the first year of standard domain registration is included where the applicable package states it
• premium, aftermarket or unusually priced domains are not included unless separately agreed
• the hosting and support inclusion period is the one shown in the applicable offer
• after the included period, continuation is optional and is arranged separately
• the terms of the registrar and hosting provider apply in addition

15. Third-party services

Projects may depend on external services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment providers, couriers, APIs, plugins and platforms.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, fees or restrictions introduced independently by such third parties, subject always to applicable mandatory law.

16. Intellectual property

Ownership, licensing, transfer of source files, credentials and rights in project deliverables are governed by the individual accepted quotation or contract.

Materials supplied by the client remain the client's responsibility. Third-party assets and components remain subject to their own licences. The content of this website, including texts, design and project presentations, belongs to ITS Lab LTD. or its respective rights holders.

17. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, termination, refunds and the consequences of work already performed are governed by the accepted quotation or contract, by the stage of work reached, and by applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. No guaranteed business or SEO result

Where technical SEO foundations are included in a project, they are implemented as described in the offer. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, sales, revenue or conversion results.

19. Liability

Our liability is determined by the individual agreement and by applicable law. Failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control may affect the operation of a delivered website. We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

20. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory statutory rights of a consumer under applicable law.

21. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when our services or applicable law change. The version published on this page at the time of an inquiry applies to that inquiry; an individual agreement prevails over these Terms where they differ.
